Pricing Questions
Is there really a free trial?
Yes — 14 days on Driver or Business, no credit card required. When the trial ends, paid features stop unless you subscribe. You can also choose Free for up to 20 trips per month.
What counts as a "driver" on the Business plan?
Each driver seat used for trip tracking is billed at the selected rate. There is no minimum driver count. Admins and accountants who only manage or view reports are free; anyone who also tracks trips needs a paid driver seat.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from the billing section of your account, or by emailing support@firstmileage.com. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refunds and changes to driver seats.
Do you offer discounts for yearly billing?
Yes. Driver costs $47.88 per year ($3.99 per month equivalent), instead of $59.88 for 12 monthly payments. Business costs $71.88 per driver per year ($5.99 per month equivalent), instead of $83.88 for 12 monthly payments. You save $12 per driver each year. Annual subscriptions are charged in one payment.
