What cookies are

How we use them

• Essential: needed for the site and app to work, for example keeping you logged in, security and remembering your cookie choices. These cannot be switched off in our systems.
• Preferences: remember settings such as language or distance units.
• Analytics: help us understand which pages and features are used so we can improve them. Where the law requires, these are set only with your consent.

We do not currently use advertising cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

Third-party cookies

Some features, such as embedded content or payment pages, may be provided by third parties who set their own cookies. We do not control these, and their use is governed by their own policies.

Managing cookies

You can change your choices at any time through our cookie banner (where shown) or your browser settings, where you can block or delete cookies. If you block essential cookies, parts of FirstMileage may not work properly.

Mobile apps

Our mobile apps do not use browser cookies, but may use similar technologies to keep you signed in and understand app performance. Device-level controls, such as location permission, are managed in your phone settings.
