What we do
FirstMileage is subscription software for global mileage tracking. It helps individual drivers, freelancers, fleets and business teams track trips with GPS, keep mileage and expense records organized, and prepare records for reimbursement and tax reporting.
With FirstMileage you can:
- Track your route and distance with GPS while a trip is running.
- Keep trip dates, routes, distances and notes together in your trip history.
- Review distances in miles or kilometers.
- Separate business and personal trips, and add a purpose or note to each journey.
- Review mileage reports, with PDF and CSV exports available on the Driver and Business plans.
Our service is digital. We do not sell vehicles, provide transportation, issue tax refunds or hold customer funds.
From journeys to records
FirstMileage follows a simple three-step workflow:
- Track. Select your vehicle, enter your destination, allow location access and start the trip. Stop tracking when you arrive.
- Organize. Choose a category such as business or personal, and add a purpose or note to keep the context with each mileage record.
- Report. Choose a reporting period, review your recorded journeys and export records to share with your accountant or employer.

Country guidance is general and educational, not personalized tax advice. FirstMileage helps organize trip dates, distances, routes, categories and purposes, but it does not guarantee acceptance by a tax authority or determine your final tax deduction. Customers and their advisers remain responsible for checking eligibility, recordkeeping requirements and applicable tax rules for their tax year and circumstances.
