FirstMileage is subscription software delivered online. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping fees, delivery times or customs charges.
When you get access
- Free plan: immediately after you register. Email confirmation may be required.
- Free trial: immediately when you start the trial.
- Paid plans: as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within minutes. You will receive a confirmation by email.
How you access FirstMileage
Sign in to the web app at app.firstmileage.com, or use our mobile apps for iOS and Android where your plan includes them. You need an internet connection, and location permission to track trips with GPS.
If something goes wrong
If you cannot access your account or your paid plan is not active within one business day of payment, contact us. We will fix the problem, or refund the payment if we cannot.
Availability and status
We work to keep the service available at all times. Planned maintenance and incidents are reported at status.firstmileage.com.
Where FirstMileage is available
FirstMileage can be used worldwide, subject to applicable law. We may restrict access where required by sanctions or export-control rules.
